Niftify had a fully compliant NFT marketplace that they developed as a proof of concept. My task was to lead an internal product design team. We gave the existing product UI a facelift and improved the user experience. Then we developed new, more advanced features like multiple wallet functionality, fiat on-ramp etc., to cater to the increasing number of advanced users. Despite this we made sure to keep the marketplace beginner-friendly throughout the process.

The project came with all the web3 UX difficulties and challenges. But they didn’t stop us. We worked with the development team to establish the design system and created an extensive component library within Figma.
